Rum Espresso Martini
I received a bottle of Dead Man’s Fingers Coffee Rum as a Christmas Present last year and have been trying to find the best cocktail to make use of it. I took part in an Espresso Martini online cocktail making class for charity last year and while I enjoyed it couldn’t help but thinking it needed a little something extra. I’ve been using Little’s French Vanilla coffee to make these, combined with the cinnamon syrup you get lots of complimentary flavours dancing around your tastebuds. With great flavour a caffeine hit and alcohol to boot it’s a winning combo.
Recipe
1 oz Coffee Rum
1 oz Espresso
0.5 oz Coffee Liquor
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
